1. Who we are
Performa Capital (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent London-based property investment advisory. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data through performacapital.co.uk (the “Site”). Performa Capital Ltd is registered in England & Wales. 2. The data we collect
We collect only the data you choose to share, plus limited technical data necessary to run the Site:
- Enquiry forms & Request Access: name, email, phone (optional), investment profile and any notes you submit.
- Newsletter: email address and, optionally, name.
- Analytics: pseudonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, referrer) via Google Analytics 4 — only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent, request timestamps kept for a short period for security.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and manage investor access requests.
- To send market intelligence and reports you have subscribed to.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it (analytics, consent-based).
- To comply with legal, regulatory, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations.
4. Legal bases
Under UK GDPR we rely on: your consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), the performance of a contract or pre-contract steps (responding to enquiries), our legitimate interests (running a safe and useful advisory service), and legal obligations where applicable.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf (email delivery, hosting, analytics) under appropriate contracts. Where a third party is outside the UK/EEA we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiry and member data is retained for the duration of our advisory relationship and for up to seven years thereafter to meet accounting and regulatory requirements. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.
7. Your rights

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
